Our Measurement Methodology

We involve both participants and their line managers in completing the training report.

The Manager is responsible for reviewing and providing Behaviour Change results. They will complete a behaviour profile at the start of the program and again after the training program had finished.

The Participant is responsible for reflecting, reviewing and showcasing their Professional Development, Engagement and Business Improvement outcomes. This is completed after the program finishes.

The reports are completed online and can be accessed from any device.

Simple Set Up

We set up and manage the whole process for you

Step 1 – Provide us with your training topics as well as the names of participants and their managers
Step 2 – We set up the report and give you the log-in details
Step 3 – Participants and their managers complete their reports
Step 4 – Your report is available in PDF format in real time

Dashboard summary for an Executive level overview
Group results – to enable you to compare participants across the group
Individual profile – to enable you to see specific results and contributions from individual participants
